    After presenting at the Diabetes Expo this weekend it reminded me how lucky I am to have a functioning pancreas despite my family history and weight. I however have a very messed up back. I am looking to get a total gym so that I can take my back and popping knees out of the equation. Im looking for one that has the big round platform at the bottom of it. Anyone have one sitting around the house just collecting clothing? I could pay you some money for it, just not alot – service dog training is pretty much a non profit type of business.

    I don’t have a total gym, but I do have an aero pilates. You could check it out at qvc.com. It is the basic model with the rebounder and three bands. Would you be interested in that?

    I have a Total Gym gathering dust but it’s not the kind with the big pad at the bottom – it has the foam-covered bicycle handle-bar type attachment – Total Gym 1000.
