My beloved Dyson DC14 “All Floors” that I purchased in 2004 has lost its stability (it’s “ball” lost its support) – it still sucks (in the good way)…anyone know who might be able to fix it?

I contacted Dyson several years back when I needed service. They referred me to Viking Sewing and Vacuum in Renton. The shop took care of my problem and even though I hadn’t registered it, the repairman was able to determine it was still under warranty, so the repair was free.

Just took my Dyson to this place in White Center about a week ago.

They replaced a ton of stuff and didn’t charge me a penny! Apparently all their products have a 5 year warranty. I didn’t even need to show proof of purchase.
