RCW 46.61.100 says “it is a traffic infraction to drive continuously in the left lane of a multi-lane roadway when it impedes the flow of traffic.” Move it over, slugs!

Maybe now that we are salting roads it’ll get rid of the slugs?

But if somone is in the left lane passing, please don’t tailgate and give them time to change lanes after passing: the rule of thumb is that the passer should be able to see the headlights of car passed in their rear view mirror before getting over). Only after that point may you start shaking your fist.
