Traffic Advisory : Disbled bus at the top of the off-ramp to Seneca on 99

There was a disabled bus (56 I think?) a few paces south of the exit to Seneca on the viaduct at 7:55 AM or so. A tow truck was just setting up, so it’ll likely clear up pretty quick.
