Oh, good reminder! I already signed as well.

    It would be so great.

Maybe if folks have Facebook accounts with lots of WS peeps they will share the link?!

Go forth. Share and go viral…wouldn’t it be nice to have…sigh!

My Comcast connection is already very fast.

What I’m looking for is not faster but CHEAPER. Something tells me that Gigabit will actually be more expensive than Comcast.

On the other hand, if they can pressure Comcast into offering a price cut, that would be good. But I’m not holding my breath.

I agree with DBP. I would prefer cheaper over faster. I also don’t want to bundle with 3 other services I don’t need or want and don’t want to sign 5 year deals. You could have internet speed in the gigs but if the servers or other lines you are connecting with aren’t that fast you will end up at the slowest speed anyways.

Think longer term expansion peeps. My vision of this is that it is not an immediate reward. It is future-building. Has to start somewhere.

I have C-link. It is plenty fast for me. Many times I have regretted posting something, but, dang, there it is in cyber space…

I guess it is good for me that it ain’t faster. I embarrass myself enough at these speeds.
