Threads disappear when I log in

I wanted to rebut a few statements in the thread “New “Celebrity President” commercial……” But everytime I log in, it disappears.

In fact a few times in the past month this happened and frankly it ticks me off.

Have any of you experienced it? Sometimes the POST box shows up but not with the answers of the other forum posters. Sometimes it says the thread is closed.

Enlighten me please.

Yup, right now while I am logged in the thread …New “Celebrity President” commercial…… is not visible on my computer.

I’ve also had some threads where I was the one who disappeared. I contacted TR, and sure enough I was going into the SPAM file for those threads…had something to do with me posting a link. It’s a random thing…hmmm…or is it? Spooky…

The spam filter tends to kick in when someone – no matter who, longterm member or just joined – posts a link, or two, or three. Depending on which service, Web-wide, is an offending source of spam on any given day. No way to predict it, but I can tell you that the filter works, sadly with some bycatch, so as soon as you notice you had something that didn’t go through, flag us and we’ll look. I try to look in the spam filter proactively (which I will do RIGHT NOW) but sometimes there are SO many other priorities tugging, that I just don’t even have time to remember … thanks for your patience … Tracy

Tracy, Thank You. My posting gibberish is not a priority. Thank You for taking the time to deal with it. You have enough on your plate.

For a brief moment MIWS, when a few weeks back I wrote a scathing attack on Eric Holder and the thread dissappeared, I thought, OK, whose right wing extremist list did I make? But I came to my senses a split second later. I am an insignificant flea on the behind of a non descript doggy in the universe. Make that a right wing flea. I lost my left wing.
