Just got home from vacation. Have been catching up on the TV that I missed.

Hmmm he splits off and starts his own paper distribution company? Dwight follows? I’m actually really unsure where they’re going with that, but it could be interesting. Maybe Jim will be made Regional Manager, and Michael will end up crawling back to Dunder Mifflin? I don’t know, but it is satisfying when Michael isn’t played off as a complete buffoon; I like the episodes where he actually has some self-respect. I’ve still enjoyed this season, but they’ve definitely dumbed-down Michael even more, and sometimes it’s just too unbelievable.

I’ve also been frustrated with how the whole Angela/Andy/Dwight triangle played out; I was hoping for a little more realistic tension after Andy found out about Angela and Dwight, and instead they just let that fade out, as though the writers weren’t sure where to take it and just hoped the viewers would just forget about it (?)

My money is on them bringing him back, perhaps by bringing Holly back to Scranton? The whole Holly thing seems like a pretty big loose end (like Him & Pam taking that road trip to see her).

The demise of the original Office (the english version) was they made too many drastic changes too early in the show.

Hopefully, they aren’t making the same mistakes here.

We are just now starting to watch the American version on DVD (we are only on season 2). We LOVE it, but like the english version better.

Keith, if it means anything, I debated very much whether or not to include the *spoiler* at the end of my initial post. As someone who doesn’t own a TV myself and has to rely on webcasts of shows (usually) days after their initial airing, spoilers have become the bane of my existence. To think that I may have joined the ranks of this awful breed threatens to near-debilitate me. I greatly apologize if I have negatively altered your viewing experiences.

But c’mon man… it has been a WEEK!!!

Oh, no worries at all! I’ve actually been gone two weeks and had caught up with some other stuff on the Tivo (BSG and Lost); figured it was safe to look at the computer again as I wasn’t expecting anything major to happen on The Office. No harm no foul!

Speaking of Holly, whatever happened to Toby? Tonight’s 8:30 slot was a repeat of the September episode when Toby came back from Costa Rica. Then where did he go? Anyone know? It’s ok if you don’t, I can surf the web for the answer.
