JanSParticipantI am not too crazy about our mayor. But…this was a serious accusation, and if that was the evidence the guy was giving to prove his case, then, hey, that was what needed to be checked out. If it was you, you’d do the same thing. I don’t see the joke in it. The embarrassment, yes. The joke? Not even…innocent until proven guilty…but most people are convicting him already. He may not be a good mayor, but he does get to prove his innocence just like you and me.

anonymeParticipantThe entire mole issue is kind of meaningless, really. For one thing, moles can be removed. Were Murray’s medical records for the last 30 years examined? We only know that he doesn’t have one now. Even if he did have one then, what does that prove? It’s still anecdotal evidence at best. Don’t get me wrong, I want Murray out of office. But his performance (or lack thereof) is more than enough to accomplish that end. There’s a lot about this story that stinks, the lack of evidence being one of them.
