Tennis courts are for playing tennis ONLY. Please no skateboarding, no dogs running, no bicycling, no paying soccer …..just play tennis!! And please do not walk thru the courts while people are playing.

I think tennis is a dead sport, I drive by the courts on Fauntleroy and nobody is playing..Might as well make them into a skate board park.

@Graciano-Have you been to the tennis courts early in the morning and weekends? I bet you don’t as you are so busy watching soap operas and eating donuts.
There are seniors and kids playing and having fun and exercising. They run and workout.

Now Graciano- get your B**&^tt off the couch and go hit the ball.

Not sure about Graciano but unlike you I’m at work early in the mornings and weekends are for things that need catching up on that can’t get done during the work week.

Why don’t they make the baseball and football stadiums skateboard parks after all they are not being used 100%? or make them affordable housing.

@Graciano- I walked passed by the Coleman Pool and nobody was swimming
I drove passed the SW Athletic field and nobody was playing baseball and so is the baseball park in downtown.
Your car is sitting idle 99% and so is your house, we can just use them.

Don’t mind seeing kids enjoying the court on the South side, riding bikes, kicking ball’s, playing paddle ball or whatever on the courts. The problem is dog poop on the courts. No fun picking up a ball that has just run through a gooey pile. West Seattle needs an enclosed dog run park. I know, it’s not your dogs doing their biz in there. At least that’s what all the different owners say when confronted.
