Anyone have a particular scope or brand even that they are loyal too? Looking to buy one for backyard astronomy but starting to like the ones that auto find the stars for you. They might be a bit cumbersome to set up. Dunno, so much research out their I’m getting confused!
Howard Close of Close Scientific Instruments at 2316 Fourth Avenue has telescopes for sale & also does repair. I took a telescope in for repair & instead he showed me how to correctly use it and refused to charge me anything for his service. He must be 85+ yrs old and has a wealth of knowledge.
