    On a walk today up Fairmont near Marination Alki. Noticed a paved path at the end of Sumner St, leading to a large open area with freshly planted trees. There is no other path or road outlet from this lot. Anyone know what this is? Open space? Park? Future development? Just curious. TD

    Looking at King County Parcel Viewer, most of what lines that little street is Parks-owned.

    Interesting. Wonder if they are contemplating an actual park there someday. Faces the water, although it the view is through the trees now. Thanks!
