Ending Halloween Decorations because of theft

For the last 5 years we have been doing a large Halloween yard. Its coming to an end unfortunately because someone stole a fair amount of items.

Was hoping people could keep there eyes out for Halloween decorations that were stolen from our house on Hanford near west seattle high school. They are obvious items. They are fullsize plastic molded body parts that were displayed in our front yard. Legs, arms, hands and feet. Lights and some skulls were taken too. The parts were not inexpensive items.

If you see them please let the people know, they made my daughter cry.

Don’t give up doing Halloween or any other holiday. We all lose if you do.

Take this as an opportunity to teach everyone from the scum who took your decorations to your daughter who misses them, that you will never give up on something you enjoy because of the nastiness of others.

This won’t be the last time your daughter will be disappointed or hurt by the actions of others, but this could be the beginning of her learning how to deal with such situations through strength and grace.
