This role involves strategic planning with WiRL founder and your direct manager in the procurement of new thought leaders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with each thought leader on our platform, and ensuring that we collect and organize all thought leader materials in a timely and efficient manner. The individual in this role would take primary responsibility for sourcing, contracting, scheduling and organizing new and existing thought leaders on the WIRL platform. Core duties would include: researching potential thought leader’s qualifications, assessing thought leader writings and sample work to determine WIRL fit; communicating clear program expectations; customizing thought leader contracts; organizing topics and thought leader materials with consistent branding, and above all else… building and maintaining relationships with each thought leader and their teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
• 5+ years industry experience
• Project Management experience
• Research/Sourcing experience
• Strong Relationship Management skills
Knowledge skills and abilities:
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• A proven track record for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer experience (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Design Suite)
• Strong organizational skills & ability to track multiple things at once
• Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Graphics experience. Part of your position will be receiving power point decks, handouts and materials from our thought leaders. You will need a keen eye for detail and be able to edit all materials for a consistent look and feel that lines up with the WiRL branding.
Work hours: Part-time (approx 20-25 hrs/week), with potential to grow to full time
Pay: monthly salary based on experience
