Just called Scott Wiseman and unfortunately for us he can’t make it out until next Tuesday. He kindly suggested I call someone else to take a look at it, but didn’t have any names to recommend. Anyone have a name & number I can call? Thanks.

What’s going wrong with it? If it’s new enough that it has a digital display there might be an error code on it that can tell you a lot.

I called them when I had a mysterious dryer power problem and they were VERY helpful (I had brought out my fuse and they tested it at no charge). They then came out to evaluate the situation. Price is right.
