Someone to refinish wood floors

Anyone have a recommendation? One soft pine and one oak floor. Not to state the obvious, but we hope not to pour loads of money into it.

We were really please with Oak Floors of Greenbank. http://www.theoakfloors.com/ They did the finish and matching work on our maple floors, blending the new construction with our existing floor, and the refinished our oak floors repairing the damage done by the previous owner’s DIY attempts.

We highly recommend them.
