I’ve been wondering why it took so long for some music to pass by at night. Now I know! There are rows of cars with big bass speakers and synced music! As if it wasn’t annoying enough to have one at a time. I did read that the police say they are not loud enough to arrest. But annoying sounds are not just about decibels they are also about the timber of the sound. Don’t you feel your eardrums vibrate with those big bass speakers (why some people like them, but they shouldn’t be forced on neighbors). We need to rewrite these noise ordinances. City council anyone?
