seeking licensed tree pruner

looking for someone to prune a small japanese maple and reshape 2 very overgrown, out of shape plum trees. Plum trees approx 20’ tall.

By licensed, I assume you mean licensed arborists? Not everyone with a “license” is qualified to prune trees. In addition to Out on a Limb, I’d also recommend Grun Tree Care. Most other good ones have either quit or retired, many due to outbidding by unqualified “tree trimmers”. I’d also hold off a bit until the trees have gone fully dormant.
