    The last security thread I found was from a few years ago, so I thought it might be worth asking if anyone has any security system recommendations? There have been a few break ins in my neighborhood lately and I’m looking into options.

    We use Protection One and are happy with our service. We have accidentally set it off ourselves a couple of times and they are very responsive :)

    We use the cellular monitoring because we don’t have a land line – it a nice feature.

    We use an install service call Totally Wired. Ricky and his team are great. They can wire or wirelessly run a system in your home. They also partner with a company called Buglary Stop USA which does the monitoring for about $13.00 a month (or so).

    We also put a siren on the outside of our home which when it goes off, it get’s the neighbors attention.

    We’ve built more than 10 houses in WS and Ricky has put systems in all of them.
