For all incorporated business owners, just received this notice in the mail for 2012 annual minutes records form and knew it was a scam. Do not complete the form or pay the $125 fee!!! Corporate Records Services 855 Trosper Rd ste 108 #279, Olympia

I got one as well and actually decided to send back the blank form with a note that I had notified the Secretary of State and to be removed from their fraudulent mailing list. Thanks for sharing the scam!

I emailed them pretty much the same thing. Unfortunately I think they are preying on new business owners who think it is an official notification and don’t know any better.
