Howdy, refrigerator/freezer are acting up, not cooling well enough. Not all that old (5-6 years??), not frosted up, we have cleaned the coils etc. Traveling a lot so I don’t have time to troubleshoot it much, though I have researched that on the net and it appears if someone is handy (i am) that can often be successful. We will stop by wisemans to ask but thought someone may have a suggestion for honest, reasonably priced help…

This isn’t a WS business, but:

    Sea-Tac Appliance Repair, Federal Way

    206-244-4472

The guy was SO nice. He helped me trouble-shoot over the phone! Unbelievably cheap :).

Scott Wiseman is the best repair. Attentive, fair and knowledgable. His brother I believe runs the appliance shop in Admiral, he does repairs. Highly recommend.

I called Scott Wiseman 206-937-5524 at 1pm on Saturday. He was here in an hour(!) and had us diagnosed in 15 minutes. Unfortunately bad news, when the coolant system goes bad and there is no warranty, it is not cost effective to repair.. new fridge coming!
