Recommendation for patio installation

I’m looking for recommendations for a small company or team to prep and install a paving stone patio. It’s nothing fancy, I already know what I want in terms of size, materials, and pattern; I just think that if I continue to deceive myself that I’m actually going to do this without professional help it’s just not going to get done.
