Recommend A Painting Company For A 1929 Vintage Home?

Looking for a painting company that will do a great job on an older home where some serious surface preparation is necessary on the trim and perhaps just a bit of light carpentry here and there on the trim pieces. Nice if it were a local company, but I’ll take any recommendations from anyone whose had their older home painted and are happy with the results.
