funnygirl28MemberI ordered a framed item online from someone other than Wallflower, and when it arrived in the mail, the frame had been broken in transit. I took the frame into Wallflower to see if they could fix it, and not only did they fix the frame and make it look better than new, they did it all for free. I was so pleased with their excellent service and generosity with their time and expertise. Wallflower has a new customer for life — highly recommended!

Garden_nymphMemberI couldn’t agree more! I’m not sure if there are enough adjectives to describe how wonderful Courtney and the work she does is. Months ago, we took in an old frame we needed help re-purposing. It had been a gaudy, gold (ugly in my opinion) frame that was my grandmother’s; it was cheap and useless. Once we suggested painting it black, my daughter saw potential in it. After buying a large mirror at a yard sale, we headed to Wallflower to see if Courtney could cut down the mirror to fit the frame. Not only did she cut the mirror and disposed of the unused mirror and backing, she papered the back, installed heavy mounting hooks and gave us mounting advice. All this she did on the spot. The finished product met with my daughter’s approval, which says a lot! Courtney didn’t charge us. All she asked was that we come to her when we did have something to frame. A few weeks ago, my daughter brought home some beautiful watercolor Asian art she made in school. Immediately I headed to Wallflower. Courtney helped pick a beautiful silver leaf looking frame with some dark red showing from underneath. It complimented the red in the art and was perfect. Her work is impeccable, the variety of frames she carries is the most diverse I have ever seen. She gives great advise and does everything with a smile. What a community asset!

KBearParticipantCourtney did a great job framing a watercolor for us. She found a mat and frame that my wife and I both liked, which would have been a challenge for ME! Yeah, the framing cost more than the painting, but now we’ve got it up on our wall and we can enjoy it every single day, so it was worth every penny. We’ll be back.
