My wife and I took our 42 inch LCD Toshiba into Teletron Services for repairs. When we pressed the power button, nothing happened. No audio, no picture – nothing. While Teletron was able to quickly repair our TV, during the repair process, a screw driver slightly scratched our LCD screen. Even though the scratch wasn’t very deep, it was in the middle of the screen and would definitely get annoying. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the way in which Teletron handled this situation. Not only did they replace the tv with a brand new 42 inch Toshiba, they tagged on an additional 2 year warranty on top of the manufactures warranty.
Accidents happen. It’s how you rectify the situation that matters. If you take your TV into Teletron Services, you can rest assure that your TV is in safe and skillful hands. At no point during this entire process did anyone (from the employees to the owner) attempt to make excuses or point fingers about the mistake. I was shocked at how eager the owner was to please me.
