To balance my rant, I’ll put a tiny (tongue-in-cheek) rave out there:

When my bus was waiting at the California/Edmonds light, I noticed that all of the cars across the intersection waiting to turn left had their turn signals flashing. That, my friends, is impressive given my observations that drivers generally consider signals unnecessary. *Round of applause*

interesting, since Friday’s are “signals optional” day – lol…that’s been a private joke for as many years as I can remember….:)

I really appreciate it when drivers use their turn signals…

i’d appreciate it even more if i could count on them following through and doing what they signal..

the recent accidents have made me even more cautious than before… i believe they are stopping or turning or … when i see them do it.

That probably really angers some of the drivers around me.. but i would so much rather be alive and uninjured than make them happy with me.

TVB…I love that :)

and, yes…turn signals are wonderful when used correctly…although I’m guilty of using mine for not quite a whole turn, and forgetting to turn them back off. I cuss /laugh/make fun of people who do that, and then hit my forehead and remember…wow, that’s you..shut your mouth – lolol…
