carterbioseaMemberExcellent all-around contractor! I called Mike after finding him recommended here on the forums, and he came out the very next day (Christmas Eve, no less) to take a look at a stubborn plumbing problem (ah, older homes). He thought he could fix it for much less than O-Neill, who were stumped and wanted to replace the whole shower/faucet valve to the tune of $900. I do love O’Neill, don’t get me wrong, but this issue had them flummoxed. Mike came out today, and replaced the two faucet cartridges and trim, in less than an hour, for much less $$! I am totally impressed with his workmanship, as well as his ability to think creatively. He is a builder who knows plumbing, can’t think of a better combination. We’ll be contacting him again in a few months to do some windows, since it seems there isn’t anything he can’t do! Two thumbs up.
I will cross post this in recommendations, so others can find him too.

tessieonalkiMemberA good combination indeed! We had Urban Build take over our kitchen remodel, (after seeing what fast and cheap gets you uugh!) and we were completely blown away by Mikes experience, craftsmanship, and his obvious passion for what he does. Since then we have had him back for some plumbing and electrical issues in other parts of our house, and will be calling him soon for our living room addition. Urban Build is definitely the best around, and Mike just knows how to get it done right.

seacatMemberMike and Jason are remodeling our garage to make it a studio/creative space. They are most awesome to work with, are totally dependable, honest, professional. They listen, offer ideas when helpful, have a ton of experience, and respect your space (ie, they are exceptionally neat as they go and at the end of the day). Really, we’ve had a lot of contractors in here, but these guys are the real deal–Urban build is a keeper!

SeattleSuzMemberI agree!I called Mike after finding him recommended here on the forums, and he came out right away. His bid was very reasonable and got the work done VERY quickly. We needed the south side of our house to have some of the wood siding replaced and he did EXCELLENT work and you can’t even tell now which parts are original and which he replaced.
