I just had Yaniv Koby of Happy Healthy Home clean out and repair my dryer vent. It was kind of a tough job as the vent was really, really dirty, difficult to access, and a contractor had disconnected the duct from the outside vent and roughly stuck it back on, unattached. Yaniv thoroughly cleaned everything, then secured the duct from one end to the other. I contacted him last Sunday, not expecting to hear back for at least a day or two, but he got back to me within 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment for today. He was prompt/early, finished the job within 30 minutes, and was not only polite and respectful but sweet, intelligent, and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to call him again, and it’s good to know he does lots of other handyman type repairs.
