The Sanctuary at Admiral has started Tuesday evening events each week which includes a monthly cooking class. Last night’s was a chicken fundamentals where we learned to disassemble a whole chicken (worth the price of admission alone), then about brining, roasting, grilling, braising, and sauteing. The chef/instructor was informative and a lot of fun. We were offered wine, cheeses, and crackers to snack on, and we got to sample all the dishes at the end of the class. It was a lot of fun and very tasty.
