Why is this school zone speed limit flashing during the Christmas Break? Who can turn it off or is responsible for it? This is not the first time as it was on last summer for about a month also.

If you see a problem with a road, a road sign, sidewalk, etc., in the city limits, report it to SDOT at 206-684-ROAD. City government reopens today (Thursday) so I expect someone will answer. – TR
