Emailed to have them come out and give us an estimate for a pre-listing cleanup. They came out and never contacted us after. I emailed to inform them of that fact and they acknowledged it and that was it. Pathetic customer service. BELIEVE all the negative reviews.

I have used kens for lawn service for 10 years. Quite happy with their work.
We have also used them for at least 4 other projects: leaves cleanup, lawn removal, bush trimming. Again, happy with their work. But once, we asked for a bid and they said they would send someone out and no one ever came. But that is only once out of 5.
