Edit: and broader intentions? We’re not all aware that littering is bad? You haven’t seen the commercial with the Native American shedding a tear over what has happened to his land, your whole entire life? All the signage out there, “littering is punishable by a blah, blah, blah fine”, double on bridges, I believe.
