Walked in Saturday to ship a package and got treated like a jerk. I’ll save you all the long boring details. As far as I can tell, the USPS is in the predicament it’s in because of a lack of customer service capabilities in its brick-and-mortars. I’ve never had a problem with mail carriers – its the desk staff at this location as well as others that needs a real reboot. I’m shipping UPS whenever possible. I cannot trust valuable stuff to such an indifferent and mediocre agency.
