I was trying figure out why my work laptop’s VPN wasnt working but everything else was. After troubleshooting with my work’s helpdesk time to call Qwest. The robo guy tells me they know I’m in an outage. Would I like them to call when service is restored? Hmmmm. Internet still working just not via VPN. Talk to person who has me power cycle my modem/router… No nothing! Im sorry sir they’re telling me you are in an outage area. We expect to have service back in 24-48 hours. Would you like us to call you?
