Propane Needed at Nickelsville

Hi everyone, just wanted to put a request out in WSB-Land for donors of propane.

We have about 15 of the empty cylinders, which cost $20.00-ish each when the empty is exchanged for the full one, or they could simply be refilled, although I don’t know how that price compares to doing an exchange.

One of our Kitchen Co-Ordinators scrubbed the cylinders as clean as they’d get, so should be acceptable for the exchange. They all have the “newer” safety valve on them.

If anyone can help with a cylinder or two, we’d appreciate it.

It might be best to call ahead to our Camp Phone, 206-450-5268, since our main entrance has been moved. Our original entrance is now only for large donations.

White Center Welding sells propane at $2.75/gal last time I refilled about a week ago. The normal BBQ cylinder would cost about $13-14. I’ll be going there this morning to see if they can fix the bent NV swing leg.
