Title kinda sums it up. I have overplanted and am going to be moving things around over the next month (need some INSULATED gardening gloves, too!). I’d love to swap some of my extra plants for some bags of compost (Cedar Grove, preferably). Anyone game? I have lots of shrubs and perennials, perhaps even a tree (Styrax Japonica)! Off the top of my head I can think of dwarf redtwig dogwood, salvia, hearty geranium. There’s lots more, though.

Get in touch and we’ll plan a time to walk around and see what’s available. Thank you!

I don’t need plants either but I have a pile of compost in my backyard that I can’t possibly use all of it and you are welcome to come and take as much as you need. You need to provide your own buckets or bags.

For those that have extra plants and compost, Furry Faces Foundation would be thrilled to accept both. Our [9th] Annual Plants sales begin in May. Proceeds fund our two programs ‘It’s Hip To Be Snipped’ and ‘Oliver’s Fund’. Last year we raised over $4000 for animals. Feel free to email us at furryfaces@hotmail.com. Cheers F3

    Hi Good Graces.

Sounds like you are going to get plenty of compost, which is great. If you would like to know how to further enrich the soil (once you get your compost and before you put the compost on your flower beds), let me know. funkietoo@hotmail.com. Cheers,
