Participants wanted for Zumba Gold class

I’m taking a Zumba Gold class at the Alki Community Center on Monday and Thursday mornings. It is a zumba class designed for those of us over 50. It’s a great workout without compromising bad backs, artificial joints, etc.

I found out today that in order to keep the class going, we need at least 3 more people. If you are interested, call the community center at 206-938-9549 or check online at seattle.gov/parks.

Even if you aren’t interested, please spread the word. There are lots of fitness programs in West Seattle, but not many suitable for us older folks. It would be good to keep this one going. Thanks.
