LeslielacMemberPart-time receptionist/office worker and assistant to naturopathic physician needed in busy natural health clinic in main area of downtown Burien.
Applicants should be/have:
Excellent at customer service
High level of communication skills, phone and in person
Self starter, ability to see what needs to be done and follow through to completion. Looking for a confident, energetic, friendly and efficient professional to be the first impression for the clinic.
Basic office task skills: phones, faxes, processing payments, filing, computer work
Ability to multi-task and handle moderate complex duties such as patient scheduling, light accounting (Quickbooks), obtaining information from medical charts, inventory management
Attention to detail a must!
Experience in a medical office and a foundation of natural medicine a plus
3 days a week: Tues., Wed, Thurs. 9:45am- 5:45pm, possibly extend to friday mornings in the future. Vacation for most holidays including Christmas week and Mondays off.
Pay depends on experience, $11-12/hr to start. 30 day trial period.

SueParticipantspiritbbs, you might want to reconsider posting all your personal contact info and qualifications on a public forum like this.
The original job listing asked that a resume be faxed to them, so that would probably be the best way to let them know of your interest.

WSBKeymasterTo echo what Sue said – Please do NOT post a reply here, with or without lots of personal information, as an application for the job. I have deleted the reply that did so. Please contact the prospective employer directly. And if any prospective employer suggests people should reply to the post here, let us know, as that is not an appropriate thing to ask in a job listing (we’ll have to update Ye Olde Rules to make sure that’s clear) …
Although I would also suggest to employers that they offer a different means of contact than “fax” – many people don’t have a way to do that easily – e-mail, postal mail, phone, all more accessible.
