Pacwest at it again

Hey all…just got a knock at the door and a lady told me she was with Pacwest and they had a bunch of left over meat that they needed to get rid of. I said no thank you, “are you sure? do you like steak? do you want to come and look in our truck?” NO NO NO. She left and I saw a truck with a canopy that had Pacwest painted on it. There was a man driving, she got in and they drove away. That name seemed familiar to me so I checked the WSB and voila. Wish I would have thought to get the license plate or something. We live on 18th Ave SW between Myrtle and Brandon.

These folks were around our house at Christmas and hoodwinked my girlfriend into stopping. The steaks have been very good but the price is high.

Yep, they knocked on my door, too, a week or so ago. (Westwood Village area.) Same story – extra meat, blah blah. I recognized the name from here, but don’t buy stuff from solicitors anyway. I politely said, “No thanks,” which he seemed to accept, and I shut the door. End of story.
