You would be responsible for answering email support questions from parents and teachers, keeping them informed of receipt, progress, and completion of inquiries. Document and organize client interactions to inform feature development and marketing teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Ability to read and write Spanish
-Excellent written communication skills under pressure
-Comfortable troubleshooting technical problems
-Ability to multitask, and good organizational skills
-I-9 Eligible to work in the US
-Prior experience in IT customer support or in education.
-4 year degree
-Knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
HOURS & LOCATION:
Hours are flexible and dependent on demand that follows the school calendar. During September and October this job can require 30 or more hours/week. Over the summer it can be as few as 5 hours/week. The rest of the year it is somewhere in between, around 10-15 hours/week.
Candidate is expected to work in our offices in West Seattle at least one day per week. The rest of the time the candidate may work remotely from home or anywhere with an internet connection.
