On-ramp from I-5 open?

I can’t keep up with the constant closures lately. Even with the “advanced warnings”, things seemed to get shut down at night without anyone being told about it. Anyways, is the ramp to the bridge from 5 south open today/tonight? Thanks.

it’s the viaduct and rte.99 that’s closed..so on ramp from I-5 is open…
