West Seattle architecture firm located in the Alaska Junction is looking for an experienced full-time Office Manager/Executive Assistant to run our administrative and accounting operations. Applicants should have at least 3-5 years experience, preferably with a design or development firm, and with strong organizational and management skills. Position available immediately.
Main responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping (AP, AR, Payroll, Taxes)
• Contracts, proposals, licensing, insurance, subscriptions
• Human resources / benefits package management
• Office management
• Market & publications
Must be able to multi-task, delegate, manage their time, and be detail oriented. Knowledge of Quickbooks and full MS Office Suite required. Preference given to applicants with BigTime experience.
