    Not exactly West Seattle, I know, but I see it on my way home and am wondering if anyone knows what business will open. As you exit I-5 at Michigan/Corson, it’s the revamped largish store on the southwest corner of the intersection. It looks like it could be a grocery store or something… Any clues?

    Maybe… it doesn’t look large enough to be a bowling alley but the “style” of the front definitely has that vibe.

    it was like an Eagles or shriners type place-neither one is correct, but can’t remember what it was!!

    There was a big billboard on the south side at about 1st ave. just past the big bridge going East.It mentioned a new grocery going in at Michigan..it was one of those bargain grocery stores..can’t think of the name of it.Bill board is likely still there as I just saw it two days ago.

    Ooops…that billboard was about one on Massachusets and 4th and it is a new Grocery Outlet store.So not sure what is on Michigan….

    It was an Eagles hall…not sure what it is “evolving into”. We held our wedding reception there in 1990; it was big, new and nice then.

    The permit holder for construction there is the owner of Whistle Workwear so I’m betting on one of their stores.

    Why do people insist on using black/very dark backgrounds? Extremely difficult to read or even view for more than a few minutes.

    I have even seen one that had blue lettering on black. Completely unreadable; made you wonder if someone even bothered to view their site after setting it up.

    The new grocery store is Grocery Outlet @ 4th and Massachusetts, just south of Safeco field on 4th. I believe it had it’s grand opening this weekend.
