Neighborhood Restaurant and Bar Seeking BOH and FOH

We are The Westy Sports & Spirits, a neighborhood restaurant/bar specializing in sports, spirits, and upscale pub grub.

We are currently looking for a few qualified applicants to round out our kitchen and serving staff as we get ready to enter the Fall season.

BOH-

The right applicant must possess general cooking knowledge and skills to work all stations with confidence. Ability to follow, and execute prep lists, but also be self motivated to tackle other tasks that a typical shift may present.

Other Qualifications:

-Experience working in a commercial kitchen, with 2+ years of line/saute experience.

-Self starter, able to adapt to changing customer volume levels.

-Extremely punctual and reliable, with strong organizational skills.

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and be able to continuously bend and perform essential job functions.

FOH-

Seeking an experienced and motivated staff for Saturday and Sunday daytime serving shifts. We are about to enter another busy football season so the right must be able to work a crowded room and maintain a positive attitude.

This is not a position for someone who has not worked in the industry recently and we need a service professional with similar experience.
