Hello, WS. A dear friend is looking for a cute, clean, safe 1 bedroom rental for under $1000 (studio/MIL could work, too). Mature, professional woman with a mature, well behaved dog (under 10 lbs). Month to month would be nice but not required for the right place. Could take short term until she finds the ideal long term home. We’re checking the usual rental resources, thought we should check the awesome WS forum resource, too!
