May 7th around 3:40 pm my 7th grader was jumped by two of his “school mates” as he walked home. He sustained bruising in his rib cage and a sprained wrist. The case has been investigated as assault by Seattle Police and is being forwarded to prosecutors. If anyone in the area around Madison Middle school North to Admiral witnessed 2 boys kicking a child on the ground, punching a child in the face or knocking him to the ground our family would really appreciate you coming forward. The children are denying their involvement in his injuries and with out witness there will be little case to build.
