i’m looking for a contact number for someone who keeps mowers working – someone that is still doing it as i am aware that some guys that used to perform those tasks no longer do so.

i need to get the mower tuned and the blade sharpened or replaced.

    thanks in advance.

This guys used to be in West Seattle, now in White center.

    I use then every year.

Champion small engine repair. 335-7912. They serviced our mower last year. They picked it up, fixed it, and returned it within a couple of days and started right up this spring without an issue. Here’s the yelp review.

I 2nd kayo’s recommendation … Jeff Heinig is the Owner of Champion, Small Engine Repair. Great guy, honest, and helpful. He told us it would cost more to repair our lawn mower than to just buy a new one. Again, his number is … 206-335-7912

Per the above recommendations, I just called and spoke with Jeff @ Champion, and he’s stopping by to pick up my mower, on his way home, tonight. Said it’d be about a week turnaround, which is fine with me, since I managed to get the front lawn mowed yesterday (before the wheel popped off!) and after he returns it in better working condition, it’ll make mowing the back yard even easier. Thanks for those who asked these questions, and those who provided info!

    Good info, thanks!!

I will likely call Jeff as he is right up the street and has done work for me before. I guess i thought he had quit the repair business as i hadn’t seen his signs up anymore and i believe he is also engaged in landscape maintenance.

i can also personally suggest champion and SWSAW. though being the busy season– don’t expect same day service. but you may be lucky. I believe Champion also does some Landscape work as well.
