Am looking for recommendations for a mortgage lender, and why. Did search the Forum but the recommendations were old. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Jobin enough…. As a first time home buyer, she was such an asset to have on my side. She was always available when I had any question about anything to do with the buying process.

Rhonda Porter has helped us with two home purchases and helped our son buy his first place. We highly recommend her.

Should be noted that Rhonda is also a very-longtime WSB sponsor, and as an avid electronic communicator even before social media became The Thing To Do, she shares information publicly frequently to help people know where rates are going, other trends, etc. On Twitter: http://twitter.com/mortgageporter

Good luck to RDE, whomever you choose!
