I am glad that it is Harbor Properties that is building LINKS. During construction of MURAL and since, they have been great neighbors and have been amazing supporters of the WS community.
If we have to have apartments, be glad that they are being built by people who believe in supporting their community – most large corporate property owners don’t!!!
