J242ParticipantHello, this is URGENT. Our mixed breed dog Lilly just escaped from our new apartment near the corner of Delridge & Thistle. She’s hard of hearing, her eyesight isn’t great and she does not have a collar on! She is a very gentle, sweet dog who will go up and say hi to anyone. Please call me at 206-765-6117 if anyone sees her or can hold her and I will drive over immediately!
She has a blonde coat, somewhat short hair but white facial fur and she is a very pretty, unique looking dog. Medium sized, (smaller than a golden retriever but larger than a shitzu)

J242ParticipantThanks for the tip! I had not yet contacted them but am doing so now. Thanks again, very much. I’ve gotten a couple of texts from other concerned neighbors about going out to look for her and it really warms my heart to live in an area where people are so willing to help people they’ve never met in times of need.

FionaEnzoParticipantI drive from southeast of that area and will keep an eye out for – sweet dog. I’ve personally herded someone’s 3 Australian Shepherds down the middle of Delridge (and luckily eventually out of the street) and was heartened to find drivers incredibly considerate and concerned.

JoBParticipanti live up near the tennis courts on Thistle and will keep an eye out. the pups let me know if dogs are in the neighborhood.

J242ParticipantYes, we just picked her up from Greentree Animal Hospital in the Junction a little bit ago and she’s perfectly fine. My thanks go out to everyone for their offers to help look for her and just being all around great.

J242ParticipantWe were able to contact the loving family that found her and took her in overnight in order to offer them the reward for finding her and they said “having her spend a night snuggling with us was more than payment enough”. I love this neighborhood. I’ve lived out here in WS for over 13 years and I’m always reminded of just how great the people are every day.
