Saw something unusual early this morning in Admiral neighborhood. A man was having some difficulty trying to carry a second bike frame (Redline -no wheels), while riding his own bicycle. This well may have been completely innocent – but as per blockwatch parameters; it was very odd and out of the ordinary for this neighborhood. took photo.
